Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting an application on the Site: https://tunahunters.ru/ (hereinafter — the Site), LLC “Vysshaya Liga” (hereinafter — the Operator), the user (visitor) of the website (hereinafter — the User) accepts this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter — the Consent). Acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, the User gives their consent to the Operator for the processing of their personal data under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data both without the use of automated means and with their use.
2. Consent is granted for the processing of the following personal data of the User: 2.1. Personal data that are not special or biometric: names; contact phone numbers; e-mail addresses; user data (location information; OS type and version; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; the source from which the user came to the site; from which website or which advertisement; OS and browser language; which pages the user opens and which buttons the user clicks; IP address).
3. The User’s personal data are not publicly available.
4. Purpose of processing personal data: processing incoming requests from individuals for the purpose of providing services; analysis of the individual’s actions on the site and the site’s operation; and other purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.
5. During processing, the following actions will be performed with the personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (dissemination, provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
6. Personal data are processed until the Operator receives from the User a notification of withdrawal of this Consent in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. In the event the User refuses to receive offers by e-mail, the Operator reserves the right to contact the User to resolve business matters or to provide important information. Communication with the Operator by e-mail does not guarantee reliable data transmission. In the course of delivery, information may become known to third parties. The Operator is not responsible for its disclosure as a result of errors or unauthorized actions by a third person, nor for any direct or indirect damages thereby caused.
7. In the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the data subject or their representative, the Operator shall have the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the data subject if grounds exist as provided in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.
8. This Consent shall remain in effect until the processing of personal data is terminated.
9. If, in accordance with applicable law, any of these terms are declared invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in full force. If the User does not agree with these terms, the User must refrain from using this Site and the Services.
